Who is behind Sign of Gratitude?
Signs of Gratitude is a program started by The Homer Group, a printing company in the suburbs of Philadelphia. We are looking for ways to spread positive thoughts during these unfortunately times, keep our employees busy, and give back to the community. We appreciate your support of this program!
How are the discount prices calculated?
Discounts are provided when more than one of a particular sign is purchased. The first sign is full price, and all additional signs are $8.50 each. After the signs are added to your cart, you’ll see the discount applied to all of the signs, which will generate the correct final amount. If you purchase different designs, they are each considered one sign and the volume discount does not apply.
Will I see a proof before my product ships?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide proofs for customized artwork. We are doing everything we can to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible and can be printed and delivered efficiently. Given our efforts to complete these jobs with limited staff during COVID-19, we’re able to process these jobs more efficiently by getting customized artwork into production right away. When you provide us with the names or words to use, it’s important that you proofread for accuracy. Refunds will not be provided for customer-made typos.
Will I receive tracking information?
Orders will ship within two business days and then take 1-4 business days to arrive. Due to the high volume of orders and limited staff during COVID-19, we will not be updating orders with tracking numbers. If you are concerned about an order that hasn’t yet been received, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I order signs in other sizes, custom graphics, or for other uses?
